To ensure that your Spa Indochine experience is completely satisfying, we invite you to familiarize yourself with the following:
Facilities
Located near the main swimming pool on the 1st level, Spa Indochine offers
an open air Deluxe Spa Suite with steam, three double massage rooms, two single
massage rooms, Thai massage room and rooftop relaxation terrace providing the
ultimate in pampering and indulgence. Our fully equipped fitness
center is also located here.

The Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is open from 6:00 am
to 10:00 pm.
If you plan to use the fitness facility please wear appropriate
attire. Proper athletic shoes are required.
Reservations
Please touch 1 on your phone to make an appointment or visit the Spa Indochine reception. Appointments are necessary for all spa treatments and are available from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
Spa Attire
Wear whatever feels comfortable. Spa Indochine will provide you with the entire spa related outfit. We do not advise that you bring valuables to the spa. You are welcome to wear make up, but it will be removed before certain treatments.
Arrival Time
For your very first appointment at Spa Indochine, we recommend that you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This allows you to check in, change and familiarize yourself with the facility. We suggest you shower then begin to relax by using the steam room before your appointment.
Choosing Your Treatments
Our spa manager will help you plan the perfect Spa Indochine
experience. She will help you decide on specific treatments after
discussing individual requirements.
Five hours of treatment is usually the maximum recommended in one
day. Leave some free time to enjoy other amenities, such as a
fitness workout or a steam bath and of course the historic surroundings of Angkor Wat.
Health Considerations
Be sure to notify the spa manager when booking your
appointments. In particular, if you have high blood pressure,
suffer from allergies, or are pregnant. If you have any concerns
at all, please let us know. Consumption of alcohol before, during,
or directly after spa treatments is not recommended.
The steam room is wet heat that is effective in opening the pores and wonderful
for the respiratory system. We recommend 10-15 minutes at a time.
Personal Comfort
This is your time and you should enjoy the experience to the fullest. Please inform the therapist of any preferences whether it is the massage pressure, your favorite oils, the room temperature or music volume.
Men's Facials
It is very healthy for men to have facial. However, it is recommended that men shave a few hours before their facial treatment.
Arriving Late for Appointments
Arriving late will simply limit your treatment time, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on the scheduled time so that the next guest is not delayed. Should you be late, the time will be made available for the other guests after 15 minutes past the scheduled reservation time.
Cancellation Charges
Should you need to cancel a treatment reservation, we ask you to give us at least 2 hours notice before the scheduled treatment time to avoid cancellation fee. The cancellation charge if Spa Indochine is not notified within 2 hours is 50% of the treatment price. Full charges will be imposed for a `no-show`
Settling your Bill
All charges must be signed for at the spa reception before you leave. Payments will be charged directly to your room. If you wish to pay directly by credit card or cash, you may do so at the Spa Indochine Reception.
