We offer a choice of menus – an authentic Khmer tasting menu and a menu of gourmet International dishes.
All dishes are seasonally inspired, using fresh produce purchased each morning from local farmers and markets.

At Meric we have a number of dining styles, to suit all tastes:
- Choose our conventional dining tables or Japanese style seating at low wooden tables, both looking out onto the Fire Garden Courtyard and through into our open kitchen. The stylish décor, gentle lighting and objects d'art create an inviting ambience.
- You may wish to dine alfresco in the Fire Garden Courtyard at night with the backdrop of flickering flames from the stone torchères, next to the centerpiece Banyan tree.
- Choose a romantic table setting or relax on the swinging day beds around the central water feature.
