Hôtel de La Paix has closed down operations effective 30th June 2012.
The hotel is now under the management of Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and is currently undergoing a complete renovation.
On completion, the hotel will re-open in early 2013 as Park Hyatt Siem Reap.
In the interim, Café de la Paix and Spa de la Paix of the former Hôtel de la Paix, have been relocated and are currently operational at Preah Song Reach Tep Vong Street (near ANZ Royal Bank), Siem Reap, Cambodia. AHA also operates in The Passage, Old Market, Siem Reap.
Shinta Mani Siem Reap is now open following a complete rebuild and transformation by architect Bill Bensley of Bensley Design Studios, one of Architectural Digest's Top 100 Architects & Interior Designers and the creator of the Hôtel de la Paix.
The newly invigorated upscale boutique hotel showcases 39 contemporary guestrooms and public spaces inspired by the ancient Khmer temples of Angkor Wat.
Apart from its close proximity to the temple complex, Shinta Mani is centrally located within walking distance of the Old Market, lively cafes, bars and boutiques of the township.
